Live Your Why » Don’t Be Afraid to Jump.

Don’t Be Afraid to Jump.

Oct 19 2010
“Be the change you want to see in the world” – Mahatma Ghandi
I clarified why I’m here in 2007. It is to use my unlimited love and boundless creativity and enthusiasm to move, awaken and open people to the possibilities in themselves and in this amazing world and be an agent for positive change.
When I clarified this into words, it was like a chorus of angels started singing. Suddenly I understood how everything that had happened, good and bad, had conspired to bring me to that point. I could also see very clearly where I was going and what I needed to do. I was so inspired.
My husband and I had established a software company in 1989. It is very successful — #1 in its niche. I had learned tons building the business with him and our amazing team. He was very happy, but I was struggling with motivation. We set up Anti-Chaos Systems in 2006 and its first product flopped. It wasn’t aligned with my purpose. Then, in 2009, we released 4me2realize. What followed has been amazing.
Starting a new venture is full of pitfalls. Most businesses fail in the first 5 years. We are no exception; getting traction has been exasperating. But, do you want to know something really weird? Even though we are just starting and experiencing some real challenges, I am having the best time!
The things that would have once sent me sideways or backwards, both personally and professionally, are just blips on a radar that is guiding me towards a greater vision. Motivation is not a problem. I never work. I am playing everyday, discovering and learning more than I ever have before. It might look like work to some, but if you are coming from your heart it’s just pure joy.
4me2realize is perfectly aligned with my purpose. It helps people realize their potential. In building this business I use all of my God-given skills. I get people all of the time telling us how they connect with and love 4me2realize, how it helps them build the life they love and fulfill their purpose.
I am frugal by nature and my husband and I are investing a lot in 4me2realize. I feel like I have jumped off of a cliff because all my fears about money are free falling. I am shit scared a lot! You take a risk to follow your heart. Then, you discover what it takes to have faith in yourself. After a while, instead of being scared and falling, you start to fly. It is exhilarating.
I don’t want to mislead you; this transformation has had some dark, muddy, slippery, cold and fearful moments. The burning light was and is to clearly follow my purpose. It’s like a guarantee. If I am true to myself, then everything will be alright. I cannot go wrong if my burning desire is true. And there is some pain and resistance and self-awareness that must be unlocked. All I can say is… the seeking is worth the reward.
In today’s busy, competitive world, it’s so easy to get distracted and sidetracked. When I get lost, I go back to my purpose. It gives me comfort, strength, guidance, direction, motivation and determination.
What is really weird is that once you get hooked into your Why, it doesn’t really matter what you do, or what other people think. Conventional definitions of success and failure melt away. You have your own yardstick. Your life purpose doesn’t limit you to one thing — it frees you to do what makes your heart sing, whatever that may be.
With heart singing passion, joy, love and enthusiasm,
Castaly Lombe
PS Here’s a poem that sums up everything :)
One Hundred Possibilities, One Authentic Life
When you think there is only one option
There are walls and limitations.
There are one hundred possibilities
for you to realize your potential.
How do you transform boundaries
into boundless opportunities?
Let your thoughts run free
as they were meant to be: creatively.
When you have one hundred possibilities
pick the one that suits your best. Be true to you.
Know WHY you do what you want to do.
When you have one hundred possibilities,
You have a choice.
Choose who you are, Choose how you will live.
Choose your rules. Choose the meaning.
When you have one hundred possibilities,
you have to decide –
Who do you want to be? What’s important?
When do you let go and move on?
Change. Take responsibility.
When you have one hundred possibilities,
you have to take action.
Action that resonates and motivates.
Action that inspires and frightens you.
Action that ignites the fires of creation and brilliance
that for so long lay dormant within you, softly burning.
Massive action that stuns you from the stupors of mediocrity.
When you have one hundred possibilities
the chains that shackle you break.
Your heart opens.
When you have one hundred possibilities
you can live one, authentic life.

Meet the Director of 4me2realize

Hello,

I will be in Sydney on the weekend, to talk to life coaches and some other amazing people about 4me2realize.

Living in the country is blissful, but I also love visiting the city, especially Sydney where I was born and grew up.

I don't visit very often but I am really excited about this visit, mostly because I love meeting new people and getting to do the adult version of "show and tell" with 4me2realize and generally sharing with people.

I won't have a lot of spare time, but I would still love to meet anyone who would be interested in finding out more about 4me2realize and how it can help people realize their life.

Let me know if you're intersted ASAP, I fly into town early Friday morning.

P/S If you're not in Sydney don't fret, give me a call and take advantage of our FREE online demo.

Thank you
Cas

Your DIY Funeral eulogy goes like....

I’d like to tell you about 4me2realize....
But first imagine you’re on your death bed. Now just stay with me here, imagine you’re sadly near death  and planning your own memorial service.
There’s a crowd and everyone is crying. What are they saying about you? Then someone steps confidently forward to summarise your own life... what do they say?
Where you kind, generous, loving, a fantastic family person, a successful business leader, a prodigious artist, a lawmaker, a peace maker, a soup kitchen volunteer? Did you touch hearts or mend fences? Did you change the world or lives?
Could you do it? Are you happy with your life so far? Or are you like most of us, a car without a steering wheel, a traveller without a map, a person without a clear, defining, driving, passionate purpose?  Do you know where you are going?
Success psychologists say that 95% - 97% of the people in the world do NOT have written goals and fail, while 3-5% have written goals and succeed. [1]
Mark McCormick in his book What They Don’t Teach You at Harvard Business School tells of a Harvard study conducted between 1979 and 1989.
In 1979, graduates of the MBA program were asked to set clear written goals for their future and their plans to accomplish them. It turned out only 3 percent of the graduates had written goals, 13 percent had goals but they were not in writing and 84 percent had no specific goals at all–aside from getting out of school and enjoying the summer.
Ten years later, in 1989, the researchers again interviewed the members of that same graduating class. They found that the 13 percent who had goals that were not in writing were earning, on average, twice as much as the 84 percent of students who had no goals at all. Most surprisingly, they found that the 3 percent of graduates who had clear, written goals were earning, on average, 10 times more than 97 percent of their graduating class. The only difference between the groups was the clarity of goals they had set (and spelled out) for themselves when they graduated.
Defining your purpose and aligning your goals to WHO you want to be makes goals getting much easier to achieve. 4me2realise is unique because first it asks, “what is your life purpose?” then it gets you to set congruent goals. And it is easy to use everyday so that you can really design the life of your dreams....whatever that may be, an art studio, a successful business, a big red sports car, a happy healthy family, changing the world.
Getting congruence or alignment stops the resistance, the tug of war between what you want and what stops you progressing.  Who has kept their New Year’s Resolutions?  Who doesn’t even bother anymore?  Resolutions without the reasons WHY are doomed. You need a strong emotional WHY to motivate you to achieve and you need congruence.
Knowing how to do this is CRITICAL to success. 4me2realize incorporates the best of modern psychology and technology to make it easy for you to integrate what you do everyday with your Life Purpose and Goals. It is more than just writing an “I want” or “to do” list.
It combines three powerful tools, Life Purpose, Goal setting and Journaling. As you journal against your goals, you slow your thinking down and start to recognise the behaviours that serve you and those that do not. In this way, change is easier. It asks you to analyse what you do, your brakes and your motivators...and in this way, accelerate your progress.
In summary 4me2realize is 3 in 1 software tool, that is integrated, interactive and online. A Virtual Life coach that you can use every day to design the life you want.
The good news is that you’re not dead. The bad news is you are dying. You don’t know when you’re time will be up. Life is not a test run. What is your eulogy? Don’t wait till your dead. Live the life of your dreams now. It is never too late or too soon to start.
With Kind regards....
Cas

Do you have a mental crap cupboard?

After a lovely breakfast in bed prepared by my teenage son I cleaned up the linen cupboard on Mother’s Day last. Not very glamorous, but revealing.

There’s a huge pile for the church jumble sale. What struck me was the excess; 2 feather quilts, 4 wool blankets, 5 sleeping bags, 10 pillows and cushions, 30 sheets, 16 pillowcases, 15 towels, 3 mattress protectors and a box of toys and clothes. It was a miracle the cupboard didn’t explode! How did this happen? How did I accumulate all this stuff I didn’t need?

I learnt a lot from cleaning the linen cupboard, because I think we all have crappy cupboards.... do you recognise these symptoms?
  • It’s been building up for years.
  • But you push it to the background, out of sight out of mind
  • It annoys you
  • But you never can manage the motivation to do something about it
  • It seems bigger than it is
  • It affects you every day (every time I went to that cupboard it was a nightmare)
  • It makes your life a misery
  • You tell yourself you’ll fix it tomorrow
  • It’s making your life messy
  • You don’t need it
  • But you hold onto it out of a false sense of security
  • You know how to fix it
This cupboard is an analogy for a lot of behaviour we do. Behaviour that doesn’t serve us but we seem incapable of changing.

If you are struggling with a crappy cupboard of your own.... weight loss, bad moods, anger, shyness, poor relationships, financial problems, etc... then it helps if you can understand, the problem isn’t the problem, it’s your behaviour that’s the problem.

The good news is you can change your behaviour. Psychologists have defined the steps of change that occur and you can use these to clean out your own emotional crap cupboards. First you have to believe three things;
  1. This must change NOW; link pain to NOT changing and pleasure to changing to help motivate action.
  2. I must change it now; take ownership /responsibility for the problem within yourself.
  3. I can change it; the past does not = the future, believe you can.
Then you must take action. Again there are 3 steps;
1. Leverage. Get leverage on yourself. Associate massive, immediate and unbearable levels of pain if you don’t change now.
Change is never a matter of ability, it is a matter of motivation.
If you CAN’T then you MUST
“Oh, I can’t do that” – watch out for the power of our words/thoughts.
“Oh, I could try that” - better words, but not fully committed.
“Oh, I could do that” – best effect, empowering and enabling.

2. Interpret the pattern
Be aware of what you are doing. To change a behaviour pattern, first you must recognise it. If you have been doing it for years, it may take doing something radical or ridiculous to jolt your awareness of the pattern. Set up something that you will do every time you start playing the old pattern. I know one person who would simply lie down on the ground! Very hard to take your old excuses seriously when you are horizontal unexpectedly in a public! This might not be for you, but you get the idea.... Before you start something new, recognise the old.

3. Create an empowering alternative, swap the bad habit for a good habit
Replace the old pattern with an empowering, more fulfilling, rewarding alternative. Reinforce, practice, and train yourself to do the new pattern, so you become addicted to it. That way you are not depriving yourself. For example I broke the coffee habit by replacing it with beautiful herbal teas. I didn’t deprive myself, I just replaced one bad habit with a good one. Now I love my green tea pot ritual. Replace don’t deny. It’s too hard to break an old pattern, just replace it with a new more rewarding pattern.

If it doesn’t work – don’t give up. Try again BUT do something different!

Stupidity is doing the same thing that didn’t work, over again.

Change, do again, doesn’t work, change, try something different. The massively successful are those who have had the most failures. Be persistent. Fail faster. Welcome your failures as lessons to be learned, dance with your fear of failure. Experience comes from bad experiences.

There are 5 elements of change, the chemistry of transformation. Remember addiction is a big scary word for a bad habit. Good news, you can get addicted to good habits
  1. Satiation – You really have had enough. If you haven’t, try overdosing on your bad thing.
  2. Get dissatisfied with the crap you are doing. It doesn’t give you the rewards anymore.
  3. Get to the threshold where change becomes an absolute MUST, don’t look backwards, look forwards.
  4. Get an insight, awareness of your bad habit/problem/issue and realize you can’t blame others , that you can do something yourself and that it will transform your life.
  5. Jump through the opening. Take action. Face your fears, dance with them. Do something, ring someone, pledge someone, break the cycle, replace the habit. Take massive action. People are rewarded in public from what they practice massively in private. Your crap cupboard is very private. You can talk the talk and never walk the walk.

I found an understanding of mastery helped me when I was making changes. There are 3 steps, and often we get stuck on step one!

1.Cognative Mastery. Intellectual understanding. Knowing is not enough. Everyone knows stuff they don’t do, or should do
2. Emotional Mastery. There are emotional consequences to what you know, and what you do.
• Do you remember where you were when 9/11 happened?
• When someone very dear or a loved one died?
The memory is clear because of the emotional intensity attached to the event. The more emotional intensity you can attach - the more you learn.
3. Physical Mastery. It gets into your body and once it gets into your body you can do it easily. Repetition also helps.

If you want to change the crap in your cupboard / behaviours that don’t serve you – write out all the reasons WHY it is a must. The Why comes FIRST. The How comes 2nd. Reasons come first – answers come 2nd. Once you know why you must do it, you work out how you can do it. Add emotions, the more intense the better.

Imagine what life would be like if you don’t change, double, triple and quadruple that feeling…. Imagine life when you do change, double, triple and quadruple that feeling….
Now you have emotional intensity to help motivate you. Emotions give you intensity. Intensity gives you leverage.

Involve other people. Find people who want you to improve and stick with them. You don’t need friends who only feel secure when you are doing bad stuff. Let them deal with their own crap cupboard.

Now I must run, I’m off to the church jumble sale. My linen excess will keep people warm this winter. That’s a great feeling. And I’m loving my new tidy cupboard. Life is so much more fulfilling, easy, rewarding, satisfying and happy, with clean cupboards!

All of these principles are made easy in 4me2realize. If you want to seriously change your life, get a system that makes it easier.

Kind regards

Cas

My Life Purpose

This article is 795 words and will take you about 2 minutes to read and will help you create an amazing driving, inspiring Life Purpose, the foundation up on which you can with clarity and focus build the rest of your amazing life...

What is the Purpose of your LIFE? BIG question.
I can’t tell you the number of people who stumble at this point. Stare at the screen for hours. Give up.

My advice is to persist, preserve. The reward is just amazing.

When you nut it out, it is like sunlight streaming through clouds, you may hear an orchestra playing or angels singing. Your heart is light as a feather. Everything falls into place. You may laugh, you may cry with relief.

Well that’s what happened to me. Everything made sense, all my life’s mistakes and achievements all meant something. I could see them leading me to this point and I could clearly see a path ahead. It was an enlightening, joyful moment. I wanted to share it with everyone I was so excited!

A lot of people who love their jobs confuse their work with their life purpose. What you have to tease out is “what is it about my work that I love?” What are the essential elements unique to me, that I love?

On the weekend I meet an old friend who is a press photographer. He’s been working for the same local paper for over 20 years. He isn’t just taking pictures, he wouldn’t still be there if it was “just” a job. He is a remarkable individual. Everyone loves and knows him. If I was to analyse him, his life purpose may be “to creatively portray and interpret the world in a way that captures, connects and moves people deeply to reflect and transform their own lives.”

Notice, there is nothing about taking pictures in his Life Purpose? His camera just happens to be his current “tool” of choice... He can do this with any tool, in any role, with his kids, his wife, in his retirement, and today working for the local newspaper. And it sums him up perfectly, taking fantastic photos and connecting people throughout the local community. It isn’t just about him, but also about what he gives to the world through his talents.

If you hate your job, then think about the things you love doing. Surfing? Horse riding gardening, painting pictures, helping people? What really turns you on? What gets you out of bed in the morning without an alarm clock?

Now what is it about these things that you love? What is behind it? What is essential to your character that is being satisfied when you do this activity? When you find that, you have found an element of your life purpose. Hooray!

Craft it into some words. Take your time. This is your precious life.

When I looked at my life, the things I loved best were writing and communicating to effect positive change. It was a common thread across several DIFFERENT careers, including motherhood, journalism and running a company. Creating change really turned me on and that is the main element of my Life Purpose today, to change the world and make it a better place... I do this by improving myself, raising great kids, running a successful business, selling my software. It encompasses everything I do and it so turns me on!

Your Life Purpose should encompass ALL aspect of your life, whatever life stage you are at, or whatever job you are doing. For example, selling Avon, as I did as a student, gave me many skills I later used in journalism! Being persistent was one! So it doesn’t matter if you are doing a job which isn’t your perfect job, because if you have a clearly defined Life Purpose, you’ll find the things in this job, that you have to learn, to get you to where you want to go...

Don’t limit your Life Purpose to the job you are doing, make sure it includes WHO you are when you are a lover, partner, parent, retired, working, playing, relaxing, being the one, true, unique, marvellous, amazing individual that is, the remarkable, ONLY YOU!

Good luck with the Big Question, when you get it right, the small stuff is easy and it no longer dictates your life.

All these principles are incorporated in 4me2realize.

Triumph in the Challenge.

I can still remember my workmate telling me I have to start looking at buying property.

It is still so vivid the feeling. The story I had in my head. I can’t, I have this and that and this to take care of. I don’t have the money and all the other non-sense.

Then I started using 4me2realize. It wasn’t by choice at first, I had to test it! There was a lot of resistance. Especially because every time I logged in I was faced with this BURNING BLAZIN’ question. It is the first question which one has to answer before proceeding with the program.

 “What is your Purpose?”

It took me quite a while to come up with this.

But I am so glad I persevered. The rest was easy and fun!

I must add that this software has helped me tremendously.

I started using 4me2realize and noticed a lot of discrepancies in my life. Example, I was talking a whole lot about building wealth, and yet I found myself only spending 2% of my entire time doing something about it! I was contributing a whole chunk of my life to volunteering to help others. Whilst this is a very good and righteous thing to do – it was taking 27% of my time! Look at the difference. My health was at 5%! Shock horror! My wheel was all wonky so to speak.

I needed some serious re-vamping of my routine and thinking.

So that’s exactly what I did. I changed my ways in some areas slightly, in some areas drastically. I noted my entire journey in 4me2realize and attributed it to my specific goals. I constantly reviewed my progress. It is quite fun and exciting to see how far I’ve come.

There are even some areas where I’ve been challenged tremendously. Wealth! Gulp! I’ve seen 51% resistance in this area. And this is the beauty of it, I’ve been challenged, yet I persevered and...Remember when I only spent 2% of my time building wealth (this was 12 months ago) I’m now at 14%.

So now, only less than 18 months since my workmate spoke to me about purchasing property, I’ve bought land in a prestigious neighbourhood and built on it, went on a 7 week vacation round the world, registered a business in Malaysia in partnership with my current company, bought a new car and looking to expand my property portfolio. I’m a much happier and balanced person; I’ve spent more time with my family and friends. I am also healthier and leaner.

What more can I ask for?

In saying that, I’m still a work in progress. I am slowly tweaking my 4me2realize. But I’ve found 4me2realize keeps me focused, honest, and on-track. I’ve just recently put in new goals and projects for 2010. I’m excited to see my progress in 2010!

4me2realize isn’t a magic potion – that’s one thing I have to acknowledge. It is not to say you get your login and you’ll get what you’ve wished for. It is a tool. A tool that helps you achieve.

So compatriots, start Realizing. Triumph in your Challenges.

Yours sincerely
Iris

How to Get and Stay Motivated

This week a friend asked me how I keep fit and slim. Well it’s isn’t one miracle solution, that’s for sure. But there are probably 4 principles;
  1. eat less better food
  2. exercise more less strenuously
  3. Be consistent over time
  4. Be disciplined over time
So now you know, but how do you MOTIVATE yourself to do this? What makes people jump out of bed and passionately pursue their dreams? What keeps that internal fire of motivation burning bright and keeping you moving towards what you want, even when the going gets tough?

Some people appear “naturally” motivated, but the truth is it’s a learned skill and anyone can do it.
Here’s a great list that could help you;

Know what you want AND WHY
Things don’t motivate you, feelings do! You want a new house? Analyse why you want this, feeling secure, feeling “at home,” enjoying decorating, not worrying about rent and moving. All these are feelings. Identify the feelings you want from your goal and use these intense emotional feelings to motivate you. One way to get really intense feelings is to visualise yourself getting what you want, deeply imagine yourself, the colours, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, the feel on your skin, when you achieve what you want. This also activates your subconscious mind and sets it up to “see” the opportunities that will help you achieve your goals.

Write down your goals.
Again you are activating your mind, by slowing it down to write, to get very clear about what you want and WHY you want it. Some people find adding deadlines help and getting very specific about what you want can also be very motivating. Do what motivates you.

Set rewards
Nothing worthwhile is easy, so sometimes your motivation will be tested. Make sure you set congruent rewards when you achieve milestones. Congruent means, if you lose 5kg’s – go to the movies! Don’t eat cake. If you buy a house, have a wonderful house warming party and celebrate your achievement. Even small rewards along the way can help you keep motivated. Remember the rewards will be specific to you so spend some time finding rewards that motivate you!

Share your goals with people that will support you.
Having a buddy who will keep you honest and motivated is a great asset. Most people would be flattered if asked to assist. But be warned, some people will not. Some people are threatened by your plans. Chose your friends and who you share with very carefully and avoid negative people.

Use negative emotion
Most people are more motivated by pain than pleasure, sad but true. You can use this to help you get motivated! Imagine what will happen if you don’t do what you have planned. Imagine the pain and multiply it several times. Get sad or angry, teary or depressed. Do not back away from feeling very intensely these negative emotions and how hurt and disappointed you will FEEL if you don’t carry out your planned ACTIONS.

Follow this exercise with positive visualisation so you don’t stay in a negative state!

Keep Focused on what you want
Think about what you want every day, day dream, and journal, note your small progress towards your big goals. Make sure you NOTICE your progress because this will help you STAY motivated and keep your MOMENTUM.

Resolving laziness, procrastination and self sabotage
These can all limit your motivation. The first thing is to become AWARE of this in you actions. Working out why can be hard because often you are doing it unconsciously. You miss a lecture, you drink too much, or you stay on the couch without being aware of what you are doing. GET AWARE. The best way again is by journaling, slow down your thinking and analyse your actions.

Often being lazy, procrastination and self sabotage is a BIG SIGN - there is incongruence. For example; you want to get fit, but running makes you sore; you want to start a business but you hate losing money. These contrary emotions will result in a neutralisation of your emotional, motivational drivers.

Only you can resolve the mental tug of war. If you want to get fit, but running makes you sore, do something else, there are 1000’s of fitness activities to chose and enjoy. If you want to run a business but you hate losing money, you have to address your fear, learn to live with it, learn to minimise risks in business (yes it can be done) or set a new agenda.
There is no point fighting yourself! It is a waste of energy and it will definitely sidetrack you from what you want.

Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY
Make sure what you want, is aligned with who you are and want to be. If you want to be a basket ball star but you hate training, it’s just not going to work! This sounds so obvious, but many people head off on their journey without FIRST defining who they want to be and only half way through realize that there is poor alignment in what they want and who they are... the best place is to start with a defining life purpose and work from there, then at least you’ll know you are heading in the right direction.

And it is never too late to start.

All these principles are incorporated in 4me2realize.

4me2realize : "My Goals"

Your goals contribute to your purpose, often directly and often indirectly. Life is a balance. Life is made of up stuff you can control and some stuff you can’t. 4me2realize goes easy on having “target dates” for this reason. As long as you can keep your goals in your conscious and why you must work towards them, you will be motivated to take action. As long as you are taking action you are achieving.

Think about what is a goal and what is a project. Don’t make a goal like “cycle 5 days a week” – this should be a project, the goal should be “to be healthy and fit”. If you cannot think of projects for this goal then it is probably not a goal.
We recommend that you don’t write down every single goal you have in your life now and for the next 50 years. Just the ones that currently have a “reason” and that you can work on now. You will also find as you gather knowledge and experience your goals might change so you need to have the space to be adaptable.
If you imagine a uni-cyclist, their balance is never “still”. Your weight is always shifting in a random pattern, the subconscious mind must constantly adapt to the purpose (to stay upright). If you find yourself under achieving in an area or goal, then adapt by using all of your resources.
When entering a goal you will be asked to associate it to a “life balance”. Life Balance is where you link your goal to an area of your life, i.e. family, friends, career, finance, health, etc. 4me2realize uses these life balance areas to analyze your activity once you start recording events. Life balance is dynamic. 4me2realize proposes the concept that “life balance” is the answer rather than the question, meaning we don’t start by defining life balance, but rather it is a result. The result, if unbalanced is a good opportunity to reflect and redirect your effort if required.

Realize your Resolutions - Make Your New Year’s Resolve STICK

This article is 778 words and will take you less than 2 minutes to read.

From the team at Anti Chaos Systems we wish you a joyous, festive and blessed Christmas season and a wonderful year 2010 realizing your dreams!

Wednesday 22 December 2009, From my Michelago desk, watching bushfires burn!

G’day

New Year’s is traditionally a time when we make a list of “resolutions” that we want to achieve in the coming year.

Do you have your list for 2009? Did you achieve some, all or none of your list? Or have you given up on making resolutions so you don’t need to worry about failing? Or has someone else set your resolutions for you like in this cartoon?

Google New Year’s Resolutions and there are 2 million web sites promising to help you keep that resolution. Yet many people fail to keep a single resolution. Why is this? Why do our good intentions fizzle out?

New Year’s resolutions are like to-do lists. On their own they do not work. This missing ingredient is MOTIVATION!

How can you get a stay motivated to achieve your resolutions?
You MUST have an inspiring, powerful, emotionally intense reason WHY. And those Reasons must align with WHO you are.

Often we make resolutions because we think we should. We are driven by obligation, duty, fashion, politics or other people. None of these are going to be long lasting motivators.

What you want to find is a deep emotional driver from within yourself, something that is going to “turn you on” for a long time!

The most common resolutions include, lose weight, manage debt, get a better job, quit smoking, drink less alcohol, reduce stress.

These are good goals but don’t make them if you don’t have the motivating, inspiring why. Empty promises, like unfulfilled resolutions can sap your confidence and undermine your progress.

Here’s something to ponder, make ONLY ONE commitment – to take time to make your resolutions carefully.

Here’s some suggestions, please make some time for yourself over the holiday season and try this;
  • Write a list of a few (say 5) resolutions.
  • Write 5 reasons why for each resolution.
  • Describe the feelings you want.
  • Take time, reflect, dig deep within yourself.
Then think about how does each resolution create the person you want to be? What is required emotionally for you to achieve this?

What must you discard in your thoughts, feelings, actions? Connect with your spirit as you visualize yourself achieving this goal. Intensely feel the emotions, these are your motivators! The stronger you feel, the easier it will be to achieve your resolutions! When you get waylaid, just repeat the exercise, it is mental exercise, no sweat involved! And the more you exercise, the stronger your mental attitude gets.

I have a friend who each year spends two days camped by the river doing this exercise. My friend is wise and knows that this solitary time of reflection and introspection will create a better future and she dedicates the time fitting for the task. She always comes back, suntanned and inspired! And her family are always pleased to see her back because she is happy and positive.

Often we get caught up in the busyness of life. Contemplative time becomes a victim, yet it is this thinking time that can save us from stress and it’s multitude of related modern diseases. Take time for yourself and think though the WHY’s that will motivate you to succeed.

A lot of people baulk from doing this exercise because it sounds like hard work, but when you get started, it is FUN. It’s like being a kid in the toy store before Christmas and being told, you can have anything you want How good would that feel?

All of this process is very easy in 4me2realize, because the software systematically walks you through it and not just on New Year’s Eve but every day you use it, making your chances of success even better. Perhaps you should make it your New Year’s resolution to try this software.

Changing your life and realizing your dreams isn't hard or scary

My name is Castaly Lombe and I am one of the Directors of Anti Chaos Systems, the company that created 4me2realize. If you want to know more about me, I’m on facebook.
I really wanted to thank you very much for becoming a fan of 4me2realize.

If you haven't already, you should order our free book “Realize Your Dreams,” from our website 4me2realize.

It’s great that you are actively looking for ways to improve your life. Congratulations, many people don’t even get this far. I’d love to know what you think and how you are travelling on this amazing journey called life. What are you going to do next?

I really want to know because I used to find I’d make a start at something and then all the busy stuff of life would sideline my good intentions. I have great plans but the dishes still need to be washed or the TV watched or my friends are waiting for me!

Making a decision about taking control of your life, making improvements, changing things can be daunting.

You have already made a decision to look at software that can help you. You’ve made some investigations on the web and you’ve a fan. Well done! Already you are on track to creating the life you desire, because not only are you making decisions you are taking action.

Want to know a secret? Changing your life is not hard, it’s not big and it’s not scary. You just take a small step and keep walking.
Decision and action will change your destiny. They propel every step you take, shape your future and you have complete control!

So I’m writing to ask, what’s your next step? What decision and action will you take?

Using 4me2realize helps me see every day the accumulated effect of the consistent actions I take. It helps me direct my action to where it will be the most positive and useful and it gives me a great sense of satisfaction because I can easily see the progress I am making.

I use 4me2realize everyday to get clarity and focus about my life on a daily basis. What I find brilliant is the way it then gives me a bird’s eye view of my overall life and Purpose and the positive things I am doing.

I used to get overwhelmed because of the long to-do list I had. Not anymore. I have a Purpose that drives me through the clutter.

I talk from personal experience but everyone who has used 4me2realize says the same thing.

I would like you to try 4me2realize and prove this for yourself. When you subscribe you have a 60 day Money back guarantee. That means if during the first 60 days you don’t like the software, just shoot me an email and I will refund your money in full. No questions asked, no guilt.

So you have nothing to loose and everything to gain including a life of Purpose, where you get out of bed every morning knowing you’re on track to realize your Dreams.

How hard is it to make a decision to subscribe, to take action? Well, sometimes it can be tough. I mean what if the software doesn’t work or deliver? What if it just isn’t for you?

So I would like to offer you something that will help you take action. If you subscribe now I will provide 3 months of FREE on-line support and a year of free software upgrades.

That’s right, your software will be upgraded automatically for a year. Some companies charge more for this. We don’t. We want you to have the best software we can make. We want you to be super happy, so of course we want you to have the most up-to-date software version. This is one of the neat advantages of working with an on-line application. While you sleep, we can upgrade your software and make improvements. You don’t need to do anything. Every time we upgrade the software, you’ll get these improvements immediately.

And now you will have the reassurance of support. Anytime, anywhere we will respond to your email. No question is too much. We want to really get you on track to a better life. To realize your potential, to fulfil your true and wonderful destiny. But there might be some hurdles, or confusion, or challenges with the software. We don’t want this to stop you. All you have to do is send us the details at info@4me2realize.com and within a maximum of 24 hours we will respond. Quicker if you live near Australia’s time zones

Normally software vendors charge extra for support services. These charges can be quiet large ranging from tens to hundreds of dollars! This can be a big disincentive, especially when you are just getting started and you only want a little help... so let’s do it for FREE

We know that after 3 months you will be able to use the software and will have a really good grasp of what it can do for you. After all, it’s super easy to use and understand.

Getting help is so important to getting you going, that’s why I am making this offer.

I hope these offers will provide the incentive you need to make a decision and take some action.
