How to Make it Easy
Often when we think about improving ourselves and our lives, we put it off, get daunted, overwhelmed and slump exhausted before we even begin!
How can improvement become easy? Well first, stop thinking about it as a fight, struggle, battle, act of iron willed discipline, or whatever you think.... These negative thoughts will undermine your enthusiasm and ultimately deliver what you don't want.
Change is easy when you know what to switch onto. Here's just one thing that will help.
Use you Reticular Activating System or RAS. This part of your brain will actually notice what you need. So when looking for black socks, you don't notice the white ones. When someone calls your name in a crowd, you hear your name, not the background noise.
The RAS will, without any effort on your behalf, point out what you need.... if you're listening and focused. So a business man focused on a growing a business will see opportunities specific to his business. A woman teaching a child will find teaching resources ideal for her child's needs.
It's like your brain organising the information that is bombarding you, and easily selects what it knows you are focusing on. Beware, however, if you focus on bad stuff. It does not discriminate. What you hold in your mind, the RAS will find for you. The RAS developed because to survive we must automatically focus on what we need. A hunter doesn't need to see the trees and bushes, just the shape or movement that signals prey. The brain is exceptional in filtering and finding just what you need. And you can use this quirk of nature to make change in your life easy and accomplishable.
Focus regularly with clear bright visualisation, on what you want. Remind yourself (using 4me2realise is very easy) often to keep it in your consciousness. I am willing to bet that within hours or days, what you need will appear.
This has worked many times for me. I wanted a pony for my kids and a lady gave me one for free! I wanted a very rare sapphire ring, and one day it appeared in a market at the price I wanted to pay. I want to eat good food and that food is always in my life, because I focus on that food and give it my attention. Each week I sit down with recipe books and visualise the beautiful meals I will cook. It is no effort, it is a joy, to find this food on my table each evening. I love cooking and preparing it, because that is what I focus on. When you use your RAS, I have found that the things you create also appear at exactly the right time. Sometimes I think things appear late or early, but when I look back, the timing was perfect. This also works for people and business opportunities.
The trick is finding a way to keep what you want to create, in focus. 4me2realize has an excellent reminder system utilising your phone and email. It can be set to randomly send unexpected reminders, which have much more impact! And the reminders can be sent direct from your goals and projects.
It all helps.
Kindest regards
Cas

Meet the Director of 4me2realize
Hello,
I will be in Sydney on the weekend, to talk to life coaches and some other amazing people about 4me2realize.
Living in the country is blissful, but I also love visiting the city, especially Sydney where I was born and grew up.
I don't visit very often but I am really excited about this visit, mostly because I love meeting new people and getting to do the adult version of "show and tell" with 4me2realize and generally sharing with people.
I won't have a lot of spare time, but I would still love to meet anyone who would be interested in finding out more about 4me2realize and how it can help people realize their life.
Let me know if you're intersted ASAP, I fly into town early Friday morning.
P/S If you're not in Sydney don't fret, give me a call and take advantage of our FREE online demo.
Thank you
Cas

Too Busy to be better bullshit
This is 417 words, will take you less than 2 minutes to read and is about being too busy to improve your life.
So now when people ask me “How are you?” I say “Great thanks, busy doing the things I love, how are you?” And then they say..... “Busy!”
Too Busy to be better bullshit
What stops you improving your life, increasing your happiness, creating more loving relationships, advancing your career or education, maintaining optimum health and fitness, carefully crafting abundance and wealth?
Most people tell me they’re too busy! To be blunt, that’s bullshit.
Busyness is a choice. A very popular choice too! It’s almost a national epidemic.
A long time ago I became aware that when I was asked “How are you?” I said without thinking, apologetically and always “I’m Busy!”
I decided to change that. I’m busy by choice, so no more apologising. I like being busy, to me it equates with a full life lived richly! But I didn’t like being stressed so I decided to focus on the things that were important to me. I’m still busy but a lot more fulfilled and a lot less stressed... This took me a few years to work out and a lot of courage to carry out. But really anyone can do it and it doesn’t need a few years to work it out.
Busyness is often a symptom. It’s a story you tell yourself to avoid having a real conversation about what is really meaningful in your life. It’s an excuse to delay some overdue soul-searching. Busyness often is a euphemism for chaos, clutter in our life that overwhelms us. You probably are busy, but busy with WHAT?
Here’s a checklist to try if you have the busyness bug.
- Is all this busyness getting me to where I want to go? Do I Know where I am going? Do you have a life purpose?
- Do I like and know what I’m doing, or am I on auto pilot?
- Do I have a system that helps me get clarity about what I do and don’t do!
- Have I got my goals written down?
- Do I review them regularly, to keep me on track?
- Do I have a good reminder system, to keep me on track?
- What do I need to change? What is wasting my time?
So now when people ask me “How are you?” I say “Great thanks, busy doing the things I love, how are you?” And then they say..... “Busy!”

Triumph in the Challenge.
I can still remember my workmate telling me I have to start looking at buying property.
“What is your Purpose?”
It took me quite a while to come up with this.
But I am so glad I persevered. The rest was easy and fun!
I must add that this software has helped me tremendously.
I started using 4me2realize and noticed a lot of discrepancies in my life. Example, I was talking a whole lot about building wealth, and yet I found myself only spending 2% of my entire time doing something about it! I was contributing a whole chunk of my life to volunteering to help others. Whilst this is a very good and righteous thing to do – it was taking 27% of my time! Look at the difference. My health was at 5%! Shock horror! My wheel was all wonky so to speak.
I needed some serious re-vamping of my routine and thinking.
So that’s exactly what I did. I changed my ways in some areas slightly, in some areas drastically. I noted my entire journey in 4me2realize and attributed it to my specific goals. I constantly reviewed my progress. It is quite fun and exciting to see how far I’ve come.
There are even some areas where I’ve been challenged tremendously. Wealth! Gulp! I’ve seen 51% resistance in this area. And this is the beauty of it, I’ve been challenged, yet I persevered and...Remember when I only spent 2% of my time building wealth (this was 12 months ago) I’m now at 14%.
So now, only less than 18 months since my workmate spoke to me about purchasing property, I’ve bought land in a prestigious neighbourhood and built on it, went on a 7 week vacation round the world, registered a business in Malaysia in partnership with my current company, bought a new car and looking to expand my property portfolio. I’m a much happier and balanced person; I’ve spent more time with my family and friends. I am also healthier and leaner.
It is still so vivid the feeling. The story I had in my head. I can’t, I have this and that and this to take care of. I don’t have the money and all the other non-sense.
Then I started using 4me2realize. It wasn’t by choice at first, I had to test it! There was a lot of resistance. Especially because every time I logged in I was faced with this BURNING BLAZIN’ question. It is the first question which one has to answer before proceeding with the program.
“What is your Purpose?”

In saying that, I’m still a work in progress. I am slowly tweaking my 4me2realize. But I’ve found 4me2realize keeps me focused, honest, and on-track. I’ve just recently put in new goals and projects for 2010. I’m excited to see my progress in 2010!
4me2realize isn’t a magic potion – that’s one thing I have to acknowledge. It is not to say you get your login and you’ll get what you’ve wished for. It is a tool. A tool that helps you achieve.
So compatriots, start Realizing. Triumph in your Challenges.
Yours sincerely

Analyse Yourself - Ask Powerful questions
Does deep analysis of yourself raise unpleasant images of ink blots or psychiatrists couches? Something for the mentally ill but not normal people, like us right?
Yet, by understanding ourselves deeply, we are incredibly empowered to harness our potential. So how come it’s such a taboo?
The space in our heads is full of stuff, longings, desires, moods, thoughts, our very being, personality and spirit. What we choose to show the world and what we choose to hide, sometimes even from ourselves. Our conscious and unconscious thoughts guide us daily in a multitude of decisions and actions. I don’t think about breathing or swallowing and sometimes I don’t think about what I’m saying!
I have a very cute fridge magnet given to me by my long suffering family. It features a remorseful polar bear saying “I can’t believe I said that!” Don’t you know that feeling? You wonder whatever possessed you to say that, or do that?
What’s worse is when it happens more than once! Guilty! At some stage we wake up, work out what’s going down and make conscious choices about what we are going to think, decide and do. That is progress!
One really useful tool to create this awareness faster is self reflection.
I used journaling for years, and that helped, but you can turbo charge this by asking a few probing questions. Don’t limit this to the negative stuff, use it too on the great things in your life. After all, that’s what we all want more of!
So, say you are writing or thinking about your day and it was a bummer. You felt emotionally drained and fragile. Do you accept that or to you use this bad day as a gift – a lesson you need? Do you ask yourself good questions? Where you the person you wanted to be, to achieve the things you desire? So if you want to be super successful is moping around getting your outcome? If you see yourself as happy, confident and persistent, why are you choosing fragile and emotional?
Often people think they have no choice about how they feel. But we all make choices, and unless you’re chronically mentally ill, you have a choice about what you feel. This is a really important insight. I have seen athletes give more than is physically possible and I know sleep deprived mums get up again to comfort crying children at 2am when they can hardly put one foot in front of another. We all know we are capable of greatness, Marianne Williamson, from her 1992 book, "Return to Love" (p. 165) say’s it beautifully.
So when you think about your day, bummer that it was, ask yourself was I the person I needed to be? This is a great question because it leads to WHO do I need to be. If you have no idea, you’re not alone. Lots of people have never really given it a lot of thought. Yet this is so powerful. If you want to be successful in business what sort of personality characteristics would you have to have? If you want to be a great nurse, then what sort of person would you have to be? Write them down, stick them up, become conscious and aware of when YOU ARE and when you’re NOT WHO you want to be. Analyse what is happening and bring it to the forefront of your conscious mind. It’s like jamming your foot on the accelerator of self improvement.
There are two more powerful questions you can use. What motivates you and what slows you down. These are your accelerators and brakes. Your motivators and your depressors.
Now I certainly have driven my car down the driveway with the handbrake on and its like that in life. The brakes are on but often we just keep driving wondering why we are going so slow! Some of my brakes are negativity and fear. I’m also a procrastinator. As soon as I analysed my brakes , became aware and looked at my days in terms of what brakes I engaged or avoided, some really big problems just went away! All I did was become aware and changed the way I thought about stuff in my head. No sweat.
I also looked at what motivated me and when I realised beauty and love motivated me, I found ways to create more of that in my life. I went to art galleries and nature parks, spent time with family and friends, and got inspired and happy. By knowing what motivated me I could consciously use it to keep my engine burning, even when inevitable challenges turned up!
So try these questions; Was I who I needed to be? Did I avoid or engage the brakes, and what drives me? Did I use that?
By regularly being quiet, contemplative and analyitical, you start to unravel your own head and understand yourself and how you can accelerate your progress to realize your dreams.
All of these question are part of 4me2realize which streamlines the whole process so you can quickly apply it to your everyday life.
If you would like to try it....

How to Get and Stay Motivated
This week a friend asked me how I keep fit and slim. Well it’s isn’t one miracle solution, that’s for sure. But there are probably 4 principles;
Some people appear “naturally” motivated, but the truth is it’s a learned skill and anyone can do it.
Set rewards
Use negative emotion
Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY
And it is never too late to start.
All these principles are incorporated in 4me2realize.
- eat less better food
- exercise more less strenuously
- Be consistent over time
- Be disciplined over time
Some people appear “naturally” motivated, but the truth is it’s a learned skill and anyone can do it.
Here’s a great list that could help you;
Know what you want AND WHY
Things don’t motivate you, feelings do! You want a new house? Analyse why you want this, feeling secure, feeling “at home,” enjoying decorating, not worrying about rent and moving. All these are feelings. Identify the feelings you want from your goal and use these intense emotional feelings to motivate you. One way to get really intense feelings is to visualise yourself getting what you want, deeply imagine yourself, the colours, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, the feel on your skin, when you achieve what you want. This also activates your subconscious mind and sets it up to “see” the opportunities that will help you achieve your goals.
Write down your goals.
Again you are activating your mind, by slowing it down to write, to get very clear about what you want and WHY you want it. Some people find adding deadlines help and getting very specific about what you want can also be very motivating. Do what motivates you.
Set rewards
Nothing worthwhile is easy, so sometimes your motivation will be tested. Make sure you set congruent rewards when you achieve milestones. Congruent means, if you lose 5kg’s – go to the movies! Don’t eat cake. If you buy a house, have a wonderful house warming party and celebrate your achievement. Even small rewards along the way can help you keep motivated. Remember the rewards will be specific to you so spend some time finding rewards that motivate you!
Share your goals with people that will support you.
Share your goals with people that will support you.
Having a buddy who will keep you honest and motivated is a great asset. Most people would be flattered if asked to assist. But be warned, some people will not. Some people are threatened by your plans. Chose your friends and who you share with very carefully and avoid negative people.
Most people are more motivated by pain than pleasure, sad but true. You can use this to help you get motivated! Imagine what will happen if you don’t do what you have planned. Imagine the pain and multiply it several times. Get sad or angry, teary or depressed. Do not back away from feeling very intensely these negative emotions and how hurt and disappointed you will FEEL if you don’t carry out your planned ACTIONS.
Follow this exercise with positive visualisation so you don’t stay in a negative state!
Keep Focused on what you want
Think about what you want every day, day dream, and journal, note your small progress towards your big goals. Make sure you NOTICE your progress because this will help you STAY motivated and keep your MOMENTUM.
Resolving laziness, procrastination and self sabotageThese can all limit your motivation. The first thing is to become AWARE of this in you actions. Working out why can be hard because often you are doing it unconsciously. You miss a lecture, you drink too much, or you stay on the couch without being aware of what you are doing. GET AWARE. The best way again is by journaling, slow down your thinking and analyse your actions.
Often being lazy, procrastination and self sabotage is a BIG SIGN - there is incongruence. For example; you want to get fit, but running makes you sore; you want to start a business but you hate losing money. These contrary emotions will result in a neutralisation of your emotional, motivational drivers.
Only you can resolve the mental tug of war. If you want to get fit, but running makes you sore, do something else, there are 1000’s of fitness activities to chose and enjoy. If you want to run a business but you hate losing money, you have to address your fear, learn to live with it, learn to minimise risks in business (yes it can be done) or set a new agenda.
There is no point fighting yourself! It is a waste of energy and it will definitely sidetrack you from what you want. Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY
Make sure what you want, is aligned with who you are and want to be. If you want to be a basket ball star but you hate training, it’s just not going to work! This sounds so obvious, but many people head off on their journey without FIRST defining who they want to be and only half way through realize that there is poor alignment in what they want and who they are... the best place is to start with a defining life purpose and work from there, then at least you’ll know you are heading in the right direction.
And it is never too late to start.
All these principles are incorporated in 4me2realize.

Realize your Resolutions - Make Your New Year’s Resolve STICK
This article is 778 words and will take you less than 2 minutes to read.
From the team at Anti Chaos Systems we wish you a joyous, festive and blessed Christmas season and a wonderful year 2010 realizing your dreams!
Wednesday 22 December 2009, From my Michelago desk, watching bushfires burn!
G’day
New Year’s is traditionally a time when we make a list of “resolutions” that we want to achieve in the coming year.
Do you have your list for 2009? Did you achieve some, all or none of your list? Or have you given up on making resolutions so you don’t need to worry about failing? Or has someone else set your resolutions for you like in this cartoon?
Google New Year’s Resolutions and there are 2 million web sites promising to help you keep that resolution. Yet many people fail to keep a single resolution. Why is this? Why do our good intentions fizzle out?
New Year’s resolutions are like to-do lists. On their own they do not work. This missing ingredient is MOTIVATION!
Often we make resolutions because we think we should. We are driven by obligation, duty, fashion, politics or other people. None of these are going to be long lasting motivators.
What you want to find is a deep emotional driver from within yourself, something that is going to “turn you on” for a long time!
The most common resolutions include, lose weight, manage debt, get a better job, quit smoking, drink less alcohol, reduce stress.
These are good goals but don’t make them if you don’t have the motivating, inspiring why. Empty promises, like unfulfilled resolutions can sap your confidence and undermine your progress.
Here’s something to ponder, make ONLY ONE commitment – to take time to make your resolutions carefully.
Here’s some suggestions, please make some time for yourself over the holiday season and try this;
What must you discard in your thoughts, feelings, actions? Connect with your spirit as you visualize yourself achieving this goal. Intensely feel the emotions, these are your motivators! The stronger you feel, the easier it will be to achieve your resolutions! When you get waylaid, just repeat the exercise, it is mental exercise, no sweat involved! And the more you exercise, the stronger your mental attitude gets.
I have a friend who each year spends two days camped by the river doing this exercise. My friend is wise and knows that this solitary time of reflection and introspection will create a better future and she dedicates the time fitting for the task. She always comes back, suntanned and inspired! And her family are always pleased to see her back because she is happy and positive.
Often we get caught up in the busyness of life. Contemplative time becomes a victim, yet it is this thinking time that can save us from stress and it’s multitude of related modern diseases. Take time for yourself and think though the WHY’s that will motivate you to succeed.
A lot of people baulk from doing this exercise because it sounds like hard work, but when you get started, it is FUN. It’s like being a kid in the toy store before Christmas and being told, you can have anything you want How good would that feel?
All of this process is very easy in 4me2realize, because the software systematically walks you through it and not just on New Year’s Eve but every day you use it, making your chances of success even better. Perhaps you should make it your New Year’s resolution to try this software.

How can you get a stay motivated to achieve your resolutions? You MUST have an inspiring, powerful, emotionally intense reason WHY. And those Reasons must align with WHO you are.
Here’s something to ponder, make ONLY ONE commitment – to take time to make your resolutions carefully.
Here’s some suggestions, please make some time for yourself over the holiday season and try this;
- Write a list of a few (say 5) resolutions.
- Write 5 reasons why for each resolution.
- Describe the feelings you want.
- Take time, reflect, dig deep within yourself.

Why and How is 4me2realize Different?
4me2realize is unique because;
- Combines 3 powerful self improvement strategies, designing and applying a Life Purpose, Goal setting and journaling.
- Puts them together in an online computer database that can be used anywhere, anytime.
- The design of 4me2realize links Life Purpose with Goal setting with journaling, just like life, they overlap and interlink.
- Traditional Journaling’s chronological limitations are overcome by 4me2realize because it organises information BOTH by date and subject giving people great clarity, focus and power in their life design.
- These links help people get alignment and congruence between how they think and behave.
- It helps people orchestrate their lives.
- It is simple, fun and satisfying to use and people stay with it.
- Once established people can clearly see it’s benefits in their lives.
- You will actually come to look forward to your 4me2realize time each day.
- It does not gather dust on a bookshelf after the event or after you’ve read it.
- It is not expensive, your real investment is time and commitment for a better life.
