Stillness, silence and solitude
Stillness, silence and solitude
"Shut up! I can't hear myself think!" Have you heard, felt or said this? It is so noisy you can't think. You feel bombarded and overwhelmed. You can't concentrate or focus. There is so much clamouring for your attention, you don't know where to start.... sound familiar?
Have you ever wondered why every major religion has a meditative, prayerful, or retreat in solitude component? Why images of meditating monks on mountain tops resonates with us? Or solitary walks on beaches?

(Picture taken this morning from my front veranda.)
Everyone recognises the need for stillness, silence and solitude, but how many of us get it, do it, experience it regularly? If you live in a big city, you never get a moment's silence, even in the depth of night, there is a background roar of traffic, machinery, artificial light dims the magnificence of the stars. You are never alone. Yet in the crowds we can feel the greatest isolation...how happy are you with your own company?
We are busy in a noisy, crowded world. When do you lay back, switch off, take time out? Think. Contemplate, stare. Rebalance to our natural state of serenity and calmness?
For most people in today's world, space for stillness, silence and solitude has to be scheduled and planned. Often it is not a priority against other competing demands.
Yet in the spaces we leave for stillness, silence and solitude, can be our greatest creative moments, insights, brilliant concepts conceived. Light bulb moments, life changing decisions. Without effort they come bidden into the spaces we allow. For humans contemplative time is essential to unwind and de-stress. To organise our thoughts and make sense of our lives.
Recently I visited Sydney for business. I was acutely aware of my senses being overloaded, by sounds and sights. I enjoyed the variety, intensity and excitement of the city. But I felt relieved to be home on the farm where there is not a billboard in sight. The silence is deafening and the stars are brilliant in the night sky. I am blessed to have this space around me all the time. But how do my city cousins cope? They are immune, unaware and unconscious, it has become background noise they ignore. In this way, we cope.
When you turn your senses off to the "hurly burley," it enables you to survive and thrive in a busy crowded environment. You focus on what you need to do and the rest is filtered out. There is a risk that you will filter out some stuff you need to hear, feel and do. That you disconnect from your awareness and consciousness. Good news, easy to fix, just make sure you have time for stillness, silence and solitude; and it doesn't have to be hard, try these;
· Turn the radio/music off sometimes
· Turn off the TV for a day or a week
· Visit a national park for a day and get into the bush
· Meditate, pray or reflect
· Listen more than talk
· Get out of town to star gaze
· Be alone
· Find a place that is still or silent, and be still or silent in it
· Lie on some grass and watch clouds or tree leaves
· Be unoccupied with anything
· Have a day doing nothing but whatever you feel like...
Finding space in your life for stillness, silence and solitude is a precious gift to yourself. You will be surprised at the results as you reconnect with feelings, sensations, feedback from your inner voice, yourself.
So next time you schedule the meeting, the shopping, whatever, plan some time for silence, stillness and solitude. Be amazed at what you discover within your own head space.
4me2realize uses self reflection in the Journey section to help you hear your inner voice, to contemplate your life and make sense of what you do amidst the noise and clutter.
Wishing you stillness, silence and solitude....

How to Make it Easy
Often when we think about improving ourselves and our lives, we put it off, get daunted, overwhelmed and slump exhausted before we even begin!
How can improvement become easy? Well first, stop thinking about it as a fight, struggle, battle, act of iron willed discipline, or whatever you think.... These negative thoughts will undermine your enthusiasm and ultimately deliver what you don't want.
Change is easy when you know what to switch onto. Here's just one thing that will help.
Use you Reticular Activating System or RAS. This part of your brain will actually notice what you need. So when looking for black socks, you don't notice the white ones. When someone calls your name in a crowd, you hear your name, not the background noise.
The RAS will, without any effort on your behalf, point out what you need.... if you're listening and focused. So a business man focused on a growing a business will see opportunities specific to his business. A woman teaching a child will find teaching resources ideal for her child's needs.
It's like your brain organising the information that is bombarding you, and easily selects what it knows you are focusing on. Beware, however, if you focus on bad stuff. It does not discriminate. What you hold in your mind, the RAS will find for you. The RAS developed because to survive we must automatically focus on what we need. A hunter doesn't need to see the trees and bushes, just the shape or movement that signals prey. The brain is exceptional in filtering and finding just what you need. And you can use this quirk of nature to make change in your life easy and accomplishable.
Focus regularly with clear bright visualisation, on what you want. Remind yourself (using 4me2realise is very easy) often to keep it in your consciousness. I am willing to bet that within hours or days, what you need will appear.
This has worked many times for me. I wanted a pony for my kids and a lady gave me one for free! I wanted a very rare sapphire ring, and one day it appeared in a market at the price I wanted to pay. I want to eat good food and that food is always in my life, because I focus on that food and give it my attention. Each week I sit down with recipe books and visualise the beautiful meals I will cook. It is no effort, it is a joy, to find this food on my table each evening. I love cooking and preparing it, because that is what I focus on. When you use your RAS, I have found that the things you create also appear at exactly the right time. Sometimes I think things appear late or early, but when I look back, the timing was perfect. This also works for people and business opportunities.
The trick is finding a way to keep what you want to create, in focus. 4me2realize has an excellent reminder system utilising your phone and email. It can be set to randomly send unexpected reminders, which have much more impact! And the reminders can be sent direct from your goals and projects.
It all helps.
Kindest regards

How heavy is it?
source : http://www.lostartsmedia.com/images/NatureInLove01.jpg
Have you ever noticed how bad stuff gets more attention than good stuff? It weighs more somehow. Why is this?
My husband and I were in travelling with a group in Germany when we found ourselves in the midst of a fight, over something silly, yet it absorbed all our attention. We didn't notice the glistening snow, or the beautiful forest or our smoky cold breath hanging in the icy air. We talked and thought all about this problem we had with these people.
When we became aware that we were immersed in this crap, we asked why... the key is asking good questions....and we could see a pattern, that when ever there is a problem it gets more of our attention. More than when there is something good happening.
We put it down to a biological legacy driven by the need to survive. Back in "cave man" days problems had to be solved to ensure the survival of the social group. But the problems we were giving all our emotional attention and energy were not a matter of survival, they were just plain silly. What amazed us is how we had got sucked into this emotional vortex. And we got out. We stopped focusing on this silly problem, decided what we would do, and got on with more enjoyable things.
People are much more motivated by pain than pleasure, sad but true. You get much more attention if you're "clinically depressed,' rather than coping and thriving! You buy newspapers and magazines that relish bad news. It's so intriguing when someone else has cocked up! Media magnets know this so well. They make millions from our inherent interest in bad stuff.
But at the end of the day it is a CHOICE. Your choice. What you invest your emotional energy in defines you. Ask yourself, what are you choosing to focus on and what meaning are you giving it? Are these thoughts dragging you down or building you up? Choose to build. Reject thoughts that destroy. Learn whatever lesson is there for you and then move on. Your emotional energy is just as important as your physical vitality. Are you fat and lazy with your thinking? Are you feeding your brain junk food?
Become aware of what your brain and thinking is consuming and producing. What are you reading and listening to? Is it building or destroying you? What are you thinking, positive or negative?
My son had a bad dream when he was little. He was frightened to go back to sleep again. As I sat with him he visualised the bad dream, then we got a big black imaginary marker and drew a big black imaginary cross right over those bad thoughts. We crossed them right out. He realised he had POWER to CHOOSE what he was thinking about and to turn off destructive frightening thoughts. This was an amazingly simple, powerful life lesson and he uses it all the time.
Personally, I restrict the news I listen to, the people I let into my inner circle, the amount of advertising I see. I have chosen the place I live to give me peace and serenity. I read and view television and internet content selectively and I minimise the time I spend there. I am discerning. I exercise rigorously my right to CHOOSE what my mind consumes. This discipline frees me to create the life I want.
The bad stuff can consume a disproportionate weight of your attention. That's natural as you learn the lesson, but don't get stuck enjoying the dramatic weight of bad stuff. Move on.
4me2realize helps you become aware of the weight and impact of your thinking. Use it regularly to exercise your right to choose, the discipline to create the life you want to realize.
Kindest regards

Too Busy to be better bullshit
This is 417 words, will take you less than 2 minutes to read and is about being too busy to improve your life.
So now when people ask me “How are you?” I say “Great thanks, busy doing the things I love, how are you?” And then they say..... “Busy!”
Too Busy to be better bullshit
What stops you improving your life, increasing your happiness, creating more loving relationships, advancing your career or education, maintaining optimum health and fitness, carefully crafting abundance and wealth?
Most people tell me they’re too busy! To be blunt, that’s bullshit.
Busyness is a choice. A very popular choice too! It’s almost a national epidemic.
A long time ago I became aware that when I was asked “How are you?” I said without thinking, apologetically and always “I’m Busy!”
I decided to change that. I’m busy by choice, so no more apologising. I like being busy, to me it equates with a full life lived richly! But I didn’t like being stressed so I decided to focus on the things that were important to me. I’m still busy but a lot more fulfilled and a lot less stressed... This took me a few years to work out and a lot of courage to carry out. But really anyone can do it and it doesn’t need a few years to work it out.
Busyness is often a symptom. It’s a story you tell yourself to avoid having a real conversation about what is really meaningful in your life. It’s an excuse to delay some overdue soul-searching. Busyness often is a euphemism for chaos, clutter in our life that overwhelms us. You probably are busy, but busy with WHAT?
Here’s a checklist to try if you have the busyness bug.
- Is all this busyness getting me to where I want to go? Do I Know where I am going? Do you have a life purpose?
- Do I like and know what I’m doing, or am I on auto pilot?
- Do I have a system that helps me get clarity about what I do and don’t do!
- Have I got my goals written down?
- Do I review them regularly, to keep me on track?
- Do I have a good reminder system, to keep me on track?
- What do I need to change? What is wasting my time?
So now when people ask me “How are you?” I say “Great thanks, busy doing the things I love, how are you?” And then they say..... “Busy!”

Do you have a mental crap cupboard?
After a lovely breakfast in bed prepared by my teenage son I cleaned up the linen cupboard on Mother’s Day last. Not very glamorous, but revealing.
There’s a huge pile for the church jumble sale. What struck me was the excess; 2 feather quilts, 4 wool blankets, 5 sleeping bags, 10 pillows and cushions, 30 sheets, 16 pillowcases, 15 towels, 3 mattress protectors and a box of toys and clothes. It was a miracle the cupboard didn’t explode! How did this happen? How did I accumulate all this stuff I didn’t need?
I learnt a lot from cleaning the linen cupboard, because I think we all have crappy cupboards.... do you recognise these symptoms?
- It’s been building up for years.
- But you push it to the background, out of sight out of mind
- It annoys you
- But you never can manage the motivation to do something about it
- It seems bigger than it is
- It affects you every day (every time I went to that cupboard it was a nightmare)
- It makes your life a misery
- You tell yourself you’ll fix it tomorrow
- It’s making your life messy
- You don’t need it
- But you hold onto it out of a false sense of security
- You know how to fix it
If you are struggling with a crappy cupboard of your own.... weight loss, bad moods, anger, shyness, poor relationships, financial problems, etc... then it helps if you can understand, the problem isn’t the problem, it’s your behaviour that’s the problem.
The good news is you can change your behaviour. Psychologists have defined the steps of change that occur and you can use these to clean out your own emotional crap cupboards. First you have to believe three things;
- This must change NOW; link pain to NOT changing and pleasure to changing to help motivate action.
- I must change it now; take ownership /responsibility for the problem within yourself.
- I can change it; the past does not = the future, believe you can.
1. Leverage. Get leverage on yourself. Associate massive, immediate and unbearable levels of pain if you don’t change now.
Change is never a matter of ability, it is a matter of motivation.
If you CAN’T then you MUST
“Oh, I can’t do that” – watch out for the power of our words/thoughts.
“Oh, I could try that” - better words, but not fully committed.
“Oh, I could do that” – best effect, empowering and enabling.
2. Interpret the pattern
Be aware of what you are doing. To change a behaviour pattern, first you must recognise it. If you have been doing it for years, it may take doing something radical or ridiculous to jolt your awareness of the pattern. Set up something that you will do every time you start playing the old pattern. I know one person who would simply lie down on the ground! Very hard to take your old excuses seriously when you are horizontal unexpectedly in a public! This might not be for you, but you get the idea.... Before you start something new, recognise the old.
3. Create an empowering alternative, swap the bad habit for a good habit
Replace the old pattern with an empowering, more fulfilling, rewarding alternative. Reinforce, practice, and train yourself to do the new pattern, so you become addicted to it. That way you are not depriving yourself. For example I broke the coffee habit by replacing it with beautiful herbal teas. I didn’t deprive myself, I just replaced one bad habit with a good one. Now I love my green tea pot ritual. Replace don’t deny. It’s too hard to break an old pattern, just replace it with a new more rewarding pattern.
If it doesn’t work – don’t give up. Try again BUT do something different!
Stupidity is doing the same thing that didn’t work, over again.
Change, do again, doesn’t work, change, try something different. The massively successful are those who have had the most failures. Be persistent. Fail faster. Welcome your failures as lessons to be learned, dance with your fear of failure. Experience comes from bad experiences.
There are 5 elements of change, the chemistry of transformation. Remember addiction is a big scary word for a bad habit. Good news, you can get addicted to good habits
- Satiation – You really have had enough. If you haven’t, try overdosing on your bad thing.
- Get dissatisfied with the crap you are doing. It doesn’t give you the rewards anymore.
- Get to the threshold where change becomes an absolute MUST, don’t look backwards, look forwards.
- Get an insight, awareness of your bad habit/problem/issue and realize you can’t blame others , that you can do something yourself and that it will transform your life.
- Jump through the opening. Take action. Face your fears, dance with them. Do something, ring someone, pledge someone, break the cycle, replace the habit. Take massive action. People are rewarded in public from what they practice massively in private. Your crap cupboard is very private. You can talk the talk and never walk the walk.
I found an understanding of mastery helped me when I was making changes. There are 3 steps, and often we get stuck on step one!
1.Cognative Mastery. Intellectual understanding. Knowing is not enough. Everyone knows stuff they don’t do, or should do
2. Emotional Mastery. There are emotional consequences to what you know, and what you do.
• Do you remember where you were when 9/11 happened?
• When someone very dear or a loved one died?
The memory is clear because of the emotional intensity attached to the event. The more emotional intensity you can attach - the more you learn.
3. Physical Mastery. It gets into your body and once it gets into your body you can do it easily. Repetition also helps.
If you want to change the crap in your cupboard / behaviours that don’t serve you – write out all the reasons WHY it is a must. The Why comes FIRST. The How comes 2nd. Reasons come first – answers come 2nd. Once you know why you must do it, you work out how you can do it. Add emotions, the more intense the better.
Imagine what life would be like if you don’t change, double, triple and quadruple that feeling…. Imagine life when you do change, double, triple and quadruple that feeling….
Now you have emotional intensity to help motivate you. Emotions give you intensity. Intensity gives you leverage.
Involve other people. Find people who want you to improve and stick with them. You don’t need friends who only feel secure when you are doing bad stuff. Let them deal with their own crap cupboard.
Now I must run, I’m off to the church jumble sale. My linen excess will keep people warm this winter. That’s a great feeling. And I’m loving my new tidy cupboard. Life is so much more fulfilling, easy, rewarding, satisfying and happy, with clean cupboards!
All of these principles are made easy in 4me2realize. If you want to seriously change your life, get a system that makes it easier.
Kind regards

The Truth Shop a modern fairytale
I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw the name of the shop: THE TRUTH SHOP.
The salesgirl was very polite: What type of truth did I wish to purchase, partial or whole?
The whole truth, of course. No deceptions for me, no defences, no rationalizations. I wanted my truth plain and unadulterated. She waved me on to another side of the store.
The salesman there pointed to the price tag. "The price is very high, sir," he said. "What is it?" I asked, determined to get the whole truth, no matter what it cost. "Your security, sir," he answered.
I came away with a heavy heart. I still need the safety of my unquestioned beliefs.
And so the story goes.... but what does it all mean? Well, have you tried the truth test?
If something is true, it is true for everyone.
The temperature is 27 degrees is true. But only right here, right now, for me only, give me a minute and it is no longer true!....arg Truth can be a tricky, slippery little customer....
“You have to work hard to get ahead,” is not true. Our heads are full of beliefs that we dress up as truths. Why? These truths (belief systems) give us security! That is why we hold on to them sooooo tightly.
They were given to us before we ever asked for them or knew what they were. They are like unasked for gifts of dubious quality. They come from parents and teachers and childhood experiences. They create our patterns of thinking and behaviour. We have become accustomed, comfortable, dependable and familiar with them because they make us feel safe.
“ A tooth for a tooth, and eye for an eye.”
“Only nice people get good things,”
“ You can never get enough.”
“I am never good enough”
But because they are beliefs, they are just creations in our heads. I can create any truth (belief) in my head. And I can change and choose what to believe.
With this understanding, “The truth,” morphs into something resembling a heat haze on the horizon. It looks substantial, like life giving water, but when you get there, it is nothing!
You can change what is true for you any day you want, but the price is security. To get something new, you must give up the old to make space for the new.
To test the truth of anything ask yourself, “if this is true, is it true for everyone?” This is your “truth-from-belief” filter. A very useful tool!
When something is not true for everyone, you have a belief. Celebrate. You have the freedom to change and choose.
This will work wonders when people start a sentence saying “Honestly.... blah blah blah”
When they dress up their beliefs as absolute truth (no names mentioned)... To throw them off, simply say, “if that was true, it would be true for everyone, and that is not true for me. I appreciate and hear your opinion, (call it what it is) and I understand this is TRUE FOR YOU....but I have another perspective, would you like to listen?”
If the answer is no, move on! Not everyone is ready to pay the full price for getting to the truth on truth ie letting go of their truth (insert belief)!
Hope that helps.
Love always on the journey

Triumph in the Challenge.
I can still remember my workmate telling me I have to start looking at buying property.
“What is your Purpose?”
It took me quite a while to come up with this.
But I am so glad I persevered. The rest was easy and fun!
I must add that this software has helped me tremendously.
I started using 4me2realize and noticed a lot of discrepancies in my life. Example, I was talking a whole lot about building wealth, and yet I found myself only spending 2% of my entire time doing something about it! I was contributing a whole chunk of my life to volunteering to help others. Whilst this is a very good and righteous thing to do – it was taking 27% of my time! Look at the difference. My health was at 5%! Shock horror! My wheel was all wonky so to speak.
I needed some serious re-vamping of my routine and thinking.
So that’s exactly what I did. I changed my ways in some areas slightly, in some areas drastically. I noted my entire journey in 4me2realize and attributed it to my specific goals. I constantly reviewed my progress. It is quite fun and exciting to see how far I’ve come.
There are even some areas where I’ve been challenged tremendously. Wealth! Gulp! I’ve seen 51% resistance in this area. And this is the beauty of it, I’ve been challenged, yet I persevered and...Remember when I only spent 2% of my time building wealth (this was 12 months ago) I’m now at 14%.
So now, only less than 18 months since my workmate spoke to me about purchasing property, I’ve bought land in a prestigious neighbourhood and built on it, went on a 7 week vacation round the world, registered a business in Malaysia in partnership with my current company, bought a new car and looking to expand my property portfolio. I’m a much happier and balanced person; I’ve spent more time with my family and friends. I am also healthier and leaner.
It is still so vivid the feeling. The story I had in my head. I can’t, I have this and that and this to take care of. I don’t have the money and all the other non-sense.
Then I started using 4me2realize. It wasn’t by choice at first, I had to test it! There was a lot of resistance. Especially because every time I logged in I was faced with this BURNING BLAZIN’ question. It is the first question which one has to answer before proceeding with the program.
“What is your Purpose?”
It took me quite a while to come up with this.
But I am so glad I persevered. The rest was easy and fun!

4me2realize isn’t a magic potion – that’s one thing I have to acknowledge. It is not to say you get your login and you’ll get what you’ve wished for. It is a tool. A tool that helps you achieve.
So compatriots, start Realizing. Triumph in your Challenges.

How to Get and Stay Motivated
This week a friend asked me how I keep fit and slim. Well it’s isn’t one miracle solution, that’s for sure. But there are probably 4 principles;
Some people appear “naturally” motivated, but the truth is it’s a learned skill and anyone can do it.
Set rewards
Use negative emotion
Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY
And it is never too late to start.
All these principles are incorporated in 4me2realize.
- eat less better food
- exercise more less strenuously
- Be consistent over time
- Be disciplined over time
Some people appear “naturally” motivated, but the truth is it’s a learned skill and anyone can do it.
Here’s a great list that could help you;
Know what you want AND WHY
Things don’t motivate you, feelings do! You want a new house? Analyse why you want this, feeling secure, feeling “at home,” enjoying decorating, not worrying about rent and moving. All these are feelings. Identify the feelings you want from your goal and use these intense emotional feelings to motivate you. One way to get really intense feelings is to visualise yourself getting what you want, deeply imagine yourself, the colours, the sounds, the smells, the tastes, the feel on your skin, when you achieve what you want. This also activates your subconscious mind and sets it up to “see” the opportunities that will help you achieve your goals.
Write down your goals.
Again you are activating your mind, by slowing it down to write, to get very clear about what you want and WHY you want it. Some people find adding deadlines help and getting very specific about what you want can also be very motivating. Do what motivates you.
Set rewards
Nothing worthwhile is easy, so sometimes your motivation will be tested. Make sure you set congruent rewards when you achieve milestones. Congruent means, if you lose 5kg’s – go to the movies! Don’t eat cake. If you buy a house, have a wonderful house warming party and celebrate your achievement. Even small rewards along the way can help you keep motivated. Remember the rewards will be specific to you so spend some time finding rewards that motivate you!
Share your goals with people that will support you.
Share your goals with people that will support you.
Having a buddy who will keep you honest and motivated is a great asset. Most people would be flattered if asked to assist. But be warned, some people will not. Some people are threatened by your plans. Chose your friends and who you share with very carefully and avoid negative people.
Most people are more motivated by pain than pleasure, sad but true. You can use this to help you get motivated! Imagine what will happen if you don’t do what you have planned. Imagine the pain and multiply it several times. Get sad or angry, teary or depressed. Do not back away from feeling very intensely these negative emotions and how hurt and disappointed you will FEEL if you don’t carry out your planned ACTIONS.
Follow this exercise with positive visualisation so you don’t stay in a negative state!
Keep Focused on what you want
Think about what you want every day, day dream, and journal, note your small progress towards your big goals. Make sure you NOTICE your progress because this will help you STAY motivated and keep your MOMENTUM.
Resolving laziness, procrastination and self sabotageThese can all limit your motivation. The first thing is to become AWARE of this in you actions. Working out why can be hard because often you are doing it unconsciously. You miss a lecture, you drink too much, or you stay on the couch without being aware of what you are doing. GET AWARE. The best way again is by journaling, slow down your thinking and analyse your actions.
Often being lazy, procrastination and self sabotage is a BIG SIGN - there is incongruence. For example; you want to get fit, but running makes you sore; you want to start a business but you hate losing money. These contrary emotions will result in a neutralisation of your emotional, motivational drivers.
Only you can resolve the mental tug of war. If you want to get fit, but running makes you sore, do something else, there are 1000’s of fitness activities to chose and enjoy. If you want to run a business but you hate losing money, you have to address your fear, learn to live with it, learn to minimise risks in business (yes it can be done) or set a new agenda.
There is no point fighting yourself! It is a waste of energy and it will definitely sidetrack you from what you want. Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY
Make sure what you want, is aligned with who you are and want to be. If you want to be a basket ball star but you hate training, it’s just not going to work! This sounds so obvious, but many people head off on their journey without FIRST defining who they want to be and only half way through realize that there is poor alignment in what they want and who they are... the best place is to start with a defining life purpose and work from there, then at least you’ll know you are heading in the right direction.
And it is never too late to start.
All these principles are incorporated in 4me2realize.

Changing your life and realizing your dreams isn't hard or scary
My name is Castaly Lombe and I am one of the Directors of Anti Chaos Systems, the company that created 4me2realize. If you want to know more about me, I’m on facebook.
I really wanted to thank you very much for becoming a fan of 4me2realize.
If you haven't already, you should order our free book “Realize Your Dreams,” from our website 4me2realize.
It’s great that you are actively looking for ways to improve your life. Congratulations, many people don’t even get this far. I’d love to know what you think and how you are travelling on this amazing journey called life. What are you going to do next?
I really want to know because I used to find I’d make a start at something and then all the busy stuff of life would sideline my good intentions. I have great plans but the dishes still need to be washed or the TV watched or my friends are waiting for me!
Making a decision about taking control of your life, making improvements, changing things can be daunting.
You have already made a decision to look at software that can help you. You’ve made some investigations on the web and you’ve a fan. Well done! Already you are on track to creating the life you desire, because not only are you making decisions you are taking action.
So I’m writing to ask, what’s your next step? What decision and action will you take?
Using 4me2realize helps me see every day the accumulated effect of the consistent actions I take. It helps me direct my action to where it will be the most positive and useful and it gives me a great sense of satisfaction because I can easily see the progress I am making.
I use 4me2realize everyday to get clarity and focus about my life on a daily basis. What I find brilliant is the way it then gives me a bird’s eye view of my overall life and Purpose and the positive things I am doing.
I used to get overwhelmed because of the long to-do list I had. Not anymore. I have a Purpose that drives me through the clutter.
I talk from personal experience but everyone who has used 4me2realize says the same thing.
I would like you to try 4me2realize and prove this for yourself. When you subscribe you have a 60 day Money back guarantee. That means if during the first 60 days you don’t like the software, just shoot me an email and I will refund your money in full. No questions asked, no guilt.
So you have nothing to loose and everything to gain including a life of Purpose, where you get out of bed every morning knowing you’re on track to realize your Dreams.
How hard is it to make a decision to subscribe, to take action? Well, sometimes it can be tough. I mean what if the software doesn’t work or deliver? What if it just isn’t for you?
So I would like to offer you something that will help you take action. If you subscribe now I will provide 3 months of FREE on-line support and a year of free software upgrades.
That’s right, your software will be upgraded automatically for a year. Some companies charge more for this. We don’t. We want you to have the best software we can make. We want you to be super happy, so of course we want you to have the most up-to-date software version. This is one of the neat advantages of working with an on-line application. While you sleep, we can upgrade your software and make improvements. You don’t need to do anything. Every time we upgrade the software, you’ll get these improvements immediately.
And now you will have the reassurance of support. Anytime, anywhere we will respond to your email. No question is too much. We want to really get you on track to a better life. To realize your potential, to fulfil your true and wonderful destiny. But there might be some hurdles, or confusion, or challenges with the software. We don’t want this to stop you. All you have to do is send us the details at info@4me2realize.com and within a maximum of 24 hours we will respond. Quicker if you live near Australia’s time zones
Normally software vendors charge extra for support services. These charges can be quiet large ranging from tens to hundreds of dollars! This can be a big disincentive, especially when you are just getting started and you only want a little help... so let’s do it for FREE
We know that after 3 months you will be able to use the software and will have a really good grasp of what it can do for you. After all, it’s super easy to use and understand.
Getting help is so important to getting you going, that’s why I am making this offer.
I hope these offers will provide the incentive you need to make a decision and take some action.
